る。 Ｌ１……共振線路、Ｃ１……同調用コンデンサ
、Ｄ１……同調用バリキヤツプダイオード、Ｃ３
……同調用コンデンサ、ＴＲ……高周波増幅回路
用電界効果トランジスタ、Ｄ２……結合用バリキ
ヤツプダイオード。
回路の回路図、第２図は同実施例における同調電
圧に対するＮＦ特性を示す図、第３図は従来例に
係るＵＨＦ入力同調回路の回路図、第４図は第２
図に対応する従来例に係るＮＦ特性を示す図であ

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 共振線路と、この共振線路に並列に接続された
、同調用バリキヤツプダイオードおよび同調用コ
ンデンサの直列回路とを含み、かつ結合コンデン
サを介して高周波増幅回路用の電界効果トランジ
スタのゲートに対して接続されてなるものであつ
て、 前記結合コンデンサと共振線路との間に、同調
電圧が低い方に変化するときは結合容量が増大し
、同調電圧が高い方に変化するときは結合容量が
減少するように動作する結合用バリキヤツプダイ
オードを設けたことを特徴とする電子同調チユー
ナのＵＨＦ入力同調回路。
