Claims (1)
弁させて燃料を前記吸気通路に噴射する電磁式燃
料噴射弁装置において、 略パイプ状で基端側が鍔状に形成され、先端側
の内側で前記ノズルボデイを収納してカシメによ
り固定した金属のプレス部品からなるノズルボデ
イ支持キヤツプと、 前記ノズルボデイの燃料噴射孔を開閉させるベ
アリングボールと磁性体からなるパイプ材であつ
て先端側に燃料が通り抜ける切り欠きを備えてい
るアーマチユアとを該アーマチユアの先端側で接
合して形成した弁体と、 非磁性体であつて前記ノズルボデイ支持キヤツ
プの基端側近傍で担持されて前記弁体のアーマチ
ユア外周を摺動可能に抱持しているスペーサと、 磁性体からなるパイプ材であつて先端面が前記
アーマチユアの基端面と所定の間隔を設けて対面
し、基端側内側に燃料フイルタを取りつけた燃料
供給パイプと、 前記弁体を前記ノズルボデイ方向に常時付勢し
ているスプリングと、 前記燃料供給パイプの内側に位置し、該燃料供
給パイプにカシメて固定され、前記スプリングの
付勢力を調整、保持するスプリング保持パイプと
、 前記燃料供給パイプ周囲に配置されて通電によ
り磁界を発生し前記燃料供給パイプを磁化して前
記スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記弁体を吸引す
る電磁コイルと、 金属のプレス部品であつて前記電磁コイルの外
周を覆い先端側をカシメて前記ノズルボデイ支持
キヤツプを固定して基端側をカシメて前記燃料供
給パイプを固定するコイルキヤツプと、 前記ノズルボデイ支持キヤツプの先端から前記
コイルキヤツプの基端までを覆い前記電磁コイル
の端子部を形成する樹脂製のハウジングと、 を備えたことを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射式弁装
