However, if you are exhausted from working until late at night and go to bed without having the time or mental capacity to do so, the blood circulation in the lower limbs, which is farthest from the heart, will deteriorate, causing decomposition products and waste products in the blood to deteriorate. As a result, things accumulate and fatigue does not subside until the next morning.

Conventionally, in order to promote blood circulation in the legs during sleep, improve blood circulation throughout the body, recover from fatigue, and slim the lower limbs, especially the ankles, as shown in Figure 5, a cushion or pillow was placed at the feet of the feet. It has been recommended that the foot position be raised by placing a cushion 1 such as the above and placing the lower leg 2 on top of the cushion 1.

By having the structure described above, this health device can be worn on the ankle by easily inserting the tip of the foot through the center hole due to its elasticity, and when it is worn, it contracts and allows the foot to rest while sleeping. There is no risk of it coming off accidentally even if you move the cover, and moisture from sweat etc. will be absorbed by the cover.

Furthermore, when a person lies down in this state to sleep, the lower limbs are lifted from the horizontal position, and blood is returned to the heart due to the action of gravity. At the same time, since the ankle is supported by this health tool, local pressure stimulation is applied to that area, producing an effect similar to that of acupressure or pine surgery, improving blood circulation throughout the body and increasing blood flow. decomposition products and waste products are transported out without stagnation.

Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment of this invention, in which a stretchable elastic material such as polyurethane foam is formed into an annular shape, and the tip of the foot is inserted through the center hole 11a of the annular material, which is then attached to the ankle. A donut-shaped main body 11 is formed with a size as large as possible, and its cross-sectional shape is
The outer peripheral surface 11b is approximately semicircular, and the inner peripheral surface on the center hole 11a side has a cylindrical parallel surface 11c in the center.
It is composed of a conical slope 11d that widens outward on both sides thereof.

Furthermore, a highly elastic cover 12 made of water-absorbent fibers such as cotton knitted in the shape of a belly band is attached to the center hole 11 of the main body 11.
a to form the state shown by the imaginary line, then it is reversed and bent in the direction of the arrow to cover the main body 11, and both ends are sewn together to form a frill 12a that also serves as a decoration at the seam.

The center hole 11 of the health tool 10 is made using its elasticity.
When the health tool 10 is inserted onto the ankle 4 by inserting the toe 3 while expanding the part a, the health tool 10 contracts again and comes into substantially close contact with the ankle 4.

As a result, blood that has been stagnant in the lower limbs during work is returned to the heart due to the action of gravity, and at the same time, the lower side of the ankle 4 is made elastic by the parallel surface 11c formed in the center hole 11a of the health tool 10. The body receives pressure stimulation, producing an effect similar to that of acupressure or pine surge, which stimulates blood circulation throughout the body and quickly transports decomposed products and waste products from the blood.

Next, FIG. 4 shows the shape of the elastic body in another embodiment of this invention, which has a substantially cylindrical shape, with half surfaces 21c and 21c corresponding to the parallel portion 11c and the sloped portion 11d in the previous embodiment. The main body is formed by cutting an elastic body 21 such as polyurethane foam provided with 21d into an appropriate length, bending it into a substantially annular shape with the surfaces 21c and 21d inside, and gluing the abutting surfaces. The health tool is constructed by covering the surface with a cover in the same manner as in the previous embodiment.

According to this embodiment, in addition to the same effects as the previous embodiment, there is no need for an expensive mold, and furthermore, by appropriately selecting the length of the elastic body 21, the diameter can be freely selected. Therefore, it can be easily made for children, obese people, etc., and is suitable for high-variety, low-volume production.

In the above embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the health device main body on the center hole side is parallel to the parallel surfaces 11c, 21c and the slope 11, respectively.
d and 21d, but this part may also be semicircular like the outer circumferential surface, so that the overall cross section is approximately circular. In this case, the pressure stimulation received by the ankle 4 is slightly dispersed. Since the acupressure effect becomes slightly gentler, it can be used when strong stimulation is not desirable due to physical constitution or poor health.

As mentioned above, the ankle-wearing health device of this invention is a health device that is inserted through the toe and worn on the ankle, and the main body is made of an annular elastic body with a through hole formed in the center. The device is covered with a stretchable and water-absorbing cover, so just by wearing it on the ankle while sleeping, the lower leg is continuously lifted, preventing blood from stagnation in the lower leg, improving blood circulation. At the same time, the ankle receives a pleasant acupressure effect due to the appropriate elasticity of the main body, promoting blood circulation.
