逆止弁と、前記第1と第2の空気室をそれぞれ大
気に連通するオリフイスと、エンジンのアイドル
回転時に前記第1の空気室の圧力が前記第2の空
気室圧力より低くなるように前記第1と第2の空
気室の間に圧力差を生じさせる手段とを備えたこ
