Claims (1)
圧力制御装置であつて、 上記ガス供給源に接続される第1ガス導管と、
上記圧力容器に接続される第2ガス導管と、これ
ら第1ガス導管と第2ガス導管との間に設けられ
かつ減圧弁の調整により任意の圧力に調整された
ガスを上記第2ガス導管に供給可能な第1の中継
流路と、この第1中継流路と並列に設けられかつ
感熱部によつて感知された温度に応じて上記圧力
容器内の圧力を所定値に維持する圧力調整弁を有
する第2の中継流路と、これら2系統の中継流路
を切換えることの可能な流路切換手段とを具備し
たことを特徴とする圧力制御装置。 (2) 前記流路切換手段が、開閉スイツチと、こ
の開閉スイツチの信号により切換わる複数個の自
動切換弁とを備えて構成される請求項1記載の圧
力制御装置。 (3) 前記流路切換手段が、時限装置と、この時
限装置の信号により切換わる複数個の自動切換弁
とを備えて構成される請求項1記載の圧力制御装
