  1. 放電ワイヤと、この放電ワイヤを覆い被放電体
    に対向した開口部を有するシールドケースとを備
    えたコロナ放電装置において、上記開口部以外の
    シールドケース側壁に開口する排気ダクトと、シ
    ールドケース内の気体を排気ダクトへ吸気する吸
    気手段と、該排気ダクトの内側通気面に塗布され
    たオゾン分解剤層とを備えたコロナ放電装置。
