側側縁部箇所5で、空気溜まりが生じ、該箇所5に凹み

近傍箇所5で、空気溜まりか生じる原因となっていたこ

シェル1の表面に凹みが発生することがない外観良好な
シェル1を製造することができるのである。第3図の金
型配置で、プラスチックとしてABSI脂を用い、射出
樹脂温度280°C1金型温度40℃、射出時間0.4
秒で射出成形したところ、射出成形されたシェル1の表

る凹みが生じ外観が損われるのを防止することができる
から、従来のように、射出成形ピンゲート位置を4箇所
形成したものに比較して、単純な金型構造で、しかも外
観良好なシェルの多数セットを同時に製造することがで
