ケツトとプラグの接続時に相互に押し合つて開く
形式の管継手のソケツトであつて、第1の圧縮ば
ねによつて前方に付勢されたソケツトバルブの弁
筒部には小径部を設けて、この小径部に、前端面
部にテーパ面を有し、外径を前記弁筒部の直径に
合せて形成したスリーブを摺動可能に嵌装し、ま
た、前記スリーブの外周面には、第2の圧縮ばね
によつて後方に付勢され、貫通孔内に係止ボール
を求遠心方向に出没可能に保持するボールリテー
ナを嵌合すると共に、前記係止ボールの外方向に
は、当該係止ボールを求心方向に押圧する内向き
