る。このため、マグネトロンの1対の磁極部と同
磁極部上に積み重ねられた永久磁石とを十分に締
めつけた状態で前記ねじ止めを施すことが必要と
なり、締めつけ不足によつてがたを生じたり、過
度の締めつけにより、永久磁石等を破損させたり
する危険があつた。また、枠形継鉄の管軸方向間
隔に伸長裕度がないため、マグネトロンの温度上
昇に伴う伸張で、永久磁石等にクラツクや破損を
