備え、前記伝達部を介して前記モータの回転によ
り前記蓋開閉装置の係合を解き前記蓋を開放する
とともに、前記蓋開閉装置の押上棒を前記天枠の
軸受部よりも中央側でかつ前記軸受部に近接させ
たことにより、蒸し上り検知装置がホツパー内の
蒸し上りを検知するとモータと蓋開閉装置が作動
し、糯米から蒸気と熱を逃がしながら餅を混練す
ることになり、「蒸す」から「混練」までの間に
蓋を開放するという人の操作を入れることなく一
連して行うことができ、その操作性は一段と向上
するものである。しかも蓋開閉装置の押上棒を天
枠の軸受部よりも中央側でかつ軸受部に近接させ
て設けてあるため、蓋を開放した状態においても
押上棒が天枠から少ししか出ておらず糯米を入れ
