熱調理室の奥方部にまで差し入れたり、食品容器を取出
し易い位置に置き直したりしなければならないので、食
品が取出しにくいばかりか、その取出しの際に手が高温
になっている加熱調理室の側壁等に不用意に触れて火傷
するおそれがあった。
