頂上部に上部開口部、下部反スカムボツクス側に
下部開口部を設け、かつシツクナ中心側端部にカ
ウンタを、反カウンタ側端部にカウンタウエイト
が連接されたパイプスキマーが配設され、また回
転アームがパイプスキマー上部に到達したときに
、カウンタを作動させパイプスキマーを反転させ
る突起アームが回転アーム先端に配設されたこと
を特徴とする自動反転パイプスキマー式スカム除
