Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the receiving time at the time of temporary receiving by providing a receiving equipment for temporarily receiving a stored material under a rack storehouse portion. CONSTITUTION:A receiving device 6 having a receiving port 2 is provided under a rack storehouse portion 1. Simple inclined troughs 91, 92 are disposed in the receiving device 6, whereby products 7 are sequentially dropped and moved while rolling from the inclined trough 91 to the trough 92. Stoppers 8 capable of moving up and down are disposed in a portion where a product is moved from the trough 9 to the trough 9, thereby preventing the products from staying in that portion.

Warehouses established for this purpose include, for example, the 6th warehouse.
There is something like the one shown in the figure. Here, 1 is a multi-dimensional warehouse that is a three-dimensional collection of racks, which are many partitioned shelves, and a device 3 that takes in and out products received from a receiving port 2.
The storage device is stored in each of the racks and taken out from the rack as needed. In addition, the transport device 3
was received by moving in the direction of arrow X-X on the rail 4 provided along the front of the multi-story warehouse l, and moving the loading/unloading device 5 installed inside in the vertical direction (arrow Y-Y). The product is stored in a predetermined position on the rack, or the stored product is taken out. These operations are performed automatically according to commands from a control device (not shown).

However, in the conventional multi-storey warehouse as mentioned above, there is no problem with the processing speed as a normal warehouse even if the processing speed is once every few minutes, but when a large amount of products are transported by truck etc. If they were to be transported and stored in the above-mentioned multi-storey warehouse, the supplier would be detained for a long time, which is not desirable. For example, even if there is an automated multi-level warehouse that can carry out a series of operations in two minutes, such as bringing a product from a receiving position to a predetermined position on a rack, storing it in that rack, and returning to the receiving position, In order to process one truck loaded with 100 products, the driver is required to spend 2 minutes x 100 = 200 minutes, or 3 hours and 20 minutes.

The current state of the use of automated multi-storey warehouses is as described above in most cases, where people are brought into the warehouse in bulk by truck, etc. several times a day, and unloaded from the warehouse at certain times during operation as needed. Do it at intervals.

Additionally, if an automatic inspection device is installed that automatically inspects received products and stores the information, the time cycle for this device to complete a series of operations will be longer than the time it takes for an automated multilevel warehouse to take in the products. This will hinder the speed of acceptance.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a rack-type automatic multi-level warehouse in which receiving equipment for temporarily receiving stored items is provided below the rack warehouse. It is a three-dimensional warehouse.

If you try to store products at a predetermined location in an automated multi-storey warehouse while managing the address, it will take a long time as described above, but first, the stored items that are brought in will be stored at a specified location, regardless of the address management.
If it is a device that temporarily receives the products at the receiving facility and then stores them one by one in the rack storage section, it can receive the products at a speed comparable to the speed at which the products to be stored are unloaded from trucks, etc. This eliminates the need for the driver to be restrained for an unnecessarily long period of time.

In addition, since the warehouse according to the present invention has a two-tiered tank bottom, the rank storage section and the receiving equipment, the rack storage section apparently has a smaller capacity than the conventional one, but the products temporarily stored in the receiving equipment are is also part of the number of storage units, so the storage capacity does not substantially decrease.

The present invention basically consists of a rack storage section 1 and a receiving device 6 having a receiving port 2 below it (Fig. 1).
. As an example, FIG. 2 shows an automatic multi-level warehouse in which group sleeves 7 used as cores of product coils at a steelworks are stored as objects to be stored. In this example, the product handled is cylindrical and can be transferred, so the receiving device 6
A simple sloped gutter9. .. 9□ is provided. Then, the rolling product 7 is tilted [from 9□ to 9! In order to prevent the products 7 from accumulating at this location when the products 7 are being dropped into the sloping gutter 91, the traffic control is arranged so that the products 7 are dropped one by one from the inclined gutter 91 to the 9□ using the vertically movable stopper 8. It has become. Therefore, the operator only has to roll the products one after another from the truck bed onto the inclined gutter 9, and the time required for storage, which is required in the conventional rack-type warehouse, is no longer required.

Furthermore, since the received products are in contact with each other on the inclined gutter 9, the storage density of the products is increased 1, and as a result, the storage capacity of this warehouse is greater than that of a conventional warehouse with the same location area.

Then, the received product is transferred to the terminal end 11f of the receiving device 6.
When it reaches the IO (see FIG. 3), it is taken out from there by the loading/unloading device 5 provided on the transport device 3 shown in FIG.

Further, depending on the product to be stored, belt conveyors 11+ and l1g may be used as the receiving device ε, as shown in FIG. That is, the belt conveyor fiz is moved from the receiving port 12 by a belt conveyor 111, and the lower belt conveyor fiz is moved by an elevating conveyor 13 provided at the end thereof.
and stored in the rack storage section 1 at the terminal position 10 in the same manner as described above.

This shows that an automatic inspection device can be installed between the receiving device 6 and the rack storage section 1, and in this example, it is placed immediately before the terminal end 10 of the inclined gutter 9t of the receiving device 6 shown in FIG. An inspection device 14 is attached. That is, the quality of the product is automatically judged at this position, and if it is defective, it is temporarily stored in the defective product storage area defined in the rack warehouse section 1 by the loading/unloading device W5 at the terminal position 10, or it is stored temporarily at the terminal position 10. The waste may be stored at another location by an appropriate method, such as by providing a gate 15 and opening the gate to discharge the waste from the inclined gutter 9□. By providing the automatic inspection device 14 in this manner, the advantage of an automated multi-level warehouse, which is conventionally handled one by one by a full-time inspector, will not be diminished.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the receiving equipment is provided below the rack warehouse, there is no need to increase the location area of the warehouse, and the products in the receiving equipment are in substantial inventory. In fact, the storage capacity of warehouses has increased compared to conventional warehouses with the same location area.

In addition, in conventional warehouses, receiving and discharging are performed using the same loading and unloading device, so the receiving and dispensing operations had to be interrupted during the discharging operation, but in the present invention, receiving and dispensing are performed completely independently and at the same time. As a result, the efficiency of warehouse use can be significantly improved.
