- オゾン発生器と、このオゾン発生器に高電圧を
印加する高圧発生器と、送風フアンを備え、オゾ
ン発生器で発生させたオゾンにより装置内を通過
する被処理空気中の悪臭成分を分解するように構
成された脱臭装置において、オゾン発生器として
用いられるセラミツク基板のオゾン発生面を垂直
乃至下向きに配置してなる脱臭装置。
