Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 左右一対の操作部の先端側を交叉、枢着し、該枢着
部より先端側を夫々左右対称な作用部となすと共に、前
記枢着部を共通の枢着部とし、先の作用部に被さる如く
した左右一対のチャック金具部を形成し、これらチャッ
ク金具部の内側に取着した板バネのフリー端を各作用部
先端内側に添設させ、操作部の操作による作用部の動き
に連動して各チャック金具部が開閉動するようにする一
方、各チャック金具部の外側には、チャック金具部の上
端適所に枢着したクランク金具部に連動する如くしてジ
ャッキ杆を平行且つ上下動自在に配すると共に、クラン
ク金具部の前記枢着部に遍心した箇所を作用部適所と枢
着させて回動軸とし、操作部の操作による作用部の動き
で、各チャック金具部がその間に電子部品の金属ケース
あるいはDIPを挟着するまで連動された後、添接する
板バネに抗して更に作用部が動くことによつて、始めて
回動軸を中心としたクランク金具部の回動を生じさせ、
ジャッキ杆先端側がチャック金具部先端から突出する如
くしてなる電子部引抜工具。 2 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の電子部品引抜工具の操
作部を把持して力を加え、連動するチャック金具部相互
を閉じる方向に作動させてベーク板あるいは銅張り積層
板に植設された電子部品の金属ケースあるいはDIP下
面両端に噛合するようにした後、ベーク板あるいは銅張
り積層板の裏面に突出したリード線を固定するハンダ部
を適宜加熱器で加熱、溶解しながら操作部に更に力を加
え、作用部を、添接する板バネに抗して更に内側に動か
すことにより、クランク金具部を回動してジャッキ杆先
端を突出させてベーク板あるいは銅張り積層板表面に押
し当て、その反力によって電子部晶全体をベーク板ある
いは銅張り積層板から略平行に離反させるようにして所
望の電子部品をベーク板あるいは銅張り積層板から離脱
させてしまうことを特徴とする電子部品引抜方法。
