た。 Utility Model Publication No. 55-43680 has been proposed as a conventional tool of this type. This device has a pusher and a cutter fixed in parallel for pushing the wire into the pressure contact terminal. When installing the wire, the wire is pushed into the terminal using both the pusher and the cutter, and after the wire contacts the terminal base and the connection is completed, the cutter is further advanced to cut the wire. In this mechanism, the wire is attached and cut by applying the force required to push the wire in and a larger wire cutting force after the wire is pushed in.

The latter required two operations, a pushing operation and a gripping operation, resulting in poor workability. In addition, both had complex functions and were large in size.

It is desirable that the tool for this purpose be sufficiently small and lightweight. Considering the pushing and cutting direction, a shape that can be grasped with fingers is excellent from an ergonomic point of view. Also, considering the fact that it can be brought into a home, it would be convenient if it was portable. At that time, you must protect your body from stubble, etc.

A cutter is integrally extended to the front of the casing, and a presser urged forward by an action member is arranged in parallel with the cutter at the front side of the inside of the casing.
A wire guide piece is provided along the wire axis direction between the pair of wire holding pieces on the tip end of the presser, and an impact member that is biased forward is built into the rear side of the casing. The impact member is retracted through the action member, and when the pushing reaches a certain amount, the action member and the impact member are disengaged, causing the impact member to rebound, thereby impacting the cutter of the casing and disconnecting the wire. The problem lies in the fact that it was cut off. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings.

Between the inner diameter portion 11b and the shoulder portion 13 and the inner space 10c of the cutter cylinder 10, a shaft rod 50 having a slightly smaller diameter than the inner diameter of the shoulder portion 13 and a push shaft 51 having an even smaller diameter than the shaft rod 50 are provided. , a circumferential slope 52 between the shaft rod 50 and the push shaft 51
The operating member 5 is housed therein. This action member 5 has a circumferential protrusion 53 formed on the shaft rod 50,
A coil spring 15 is inserted between the peripheral protrusion 53 and the shoulder portion 13.
The operating member 5 is brought into pressure contact with the expanded diameter portion 41 of the presser 4 through the interposition of the actuator 5 . This coil spring 15 is made up of a large diameter part 15a and an eccentric small diameter part 15b, and under normal conditions, the operating member 5 is connected to the inner diameter part 1 of the guide cylinder 11.

The rear cylinder body 12 houses an impact member 6 that is biased forward by a spring 60 and is in contact with the shoulder portion 13 of the guide cylinder body 11 . This impact member 6 has a through hole 61 bored along its axis. This through hole 61 has a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the push shaft 51 of the working member 5, and is adapted to receive the push shaft 51. Further, the front opening of the through hole 61 has a raised portion 62 that is slightly raised at the periphery of the front opening.

In this case, the action member 5 is pressed forward by the biasing force of the spring 15, whereby the pusher 4 is pushed forward via the enlarged diameter portion 41. Since the operating member 5 is held by the eccentric small diameter portion 15b of the spring 15, it is in an inclined state. Moreover, since the action member 5 is in contact with the spherical surface portion 46 of the expanded diameter portion 41, it stably maintains the inclined state.

Remove the cap 2 while unscrewing the threaded parts 20 and 10b. Next, the electric wire c is fitted into the pressure contact terminal t, and the electric wire c is inserted into the electric wire holding groove 43 of the pusher 4.
Assign. Thereafter, when the casing 1 is pressed toward the terminal base b, the electric wire c is pushed in while the sheath is cut at the edge of the pressure contact terminal t and electrical continuity is established. At the same time, as a reaction to the pressing force on the electric wire, the presser 4 to the action member 5 retreat against the biasing force of the coil spring 15. As the action member 5 retreats, the impact member 6 retreats against the forward biasing force of the spring 60. At this time, the action member 5 is in an inclined state and comes into contact with the impact member 6 to transmit the backward motion. In this case, the raised portion 62 formed on the periphery of the working member 5 prevents it from accidentally falling into the through hole 61 .

At this time, the peripheral slope 52 of the action member 5 is in contact with the inclined wall surface 14 of the shoulder portion 13 or is in a state of approaching. Further, the tip of the cutter 3 approaches the electric wire c so as to touch it. Therefore, when the pusher 4 is pushed in a little further, the action member 5 receives a tilt regulating force from the inclined wall surface 14 of the shoulder portion 13 and changes its posture so that it coincides with the axis of the guide member. As a result, the push shaft 51 is aligned with the through hole 61 of the impact member 6, and the impact member 6 is released from the restraint of the action member 5 and moves forward at once by the elastic force of the spring 60. The impact member 6 has the push shaft 5 of the action member 5 in its through hole 61.
1 collides with the shoulder 13 in a state where it is avoided. The collision impact at this time is transmitted to the cutter 3. This impact force causes the cutter 3 to move forward and cut the wire c that is in contact with the terminal base b.

The active member 5 assumes the tilted position again. At the same time, the impact member 6 also returns to its normal forward position due to the biasing force of the spring 60. In this way, press the wire with the pusher 4.
By simply pushing the wire into the press-contact terminal while holding it in place, the wire can be cut at the same time as the wire is installed using the pressing force applied during installation.
