- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ヘツダパイプがチユーブ挿入方向にタンクとエ
ンドプレートとに分割され、エンドプレートにチ
ユーブを挿入する挿入孔を有するパラレルフロー
タイプの熱交換器において、 前記チユーブ挿入部に対向するタンク壁部を外
方ヘドーム状に膨出する膨出部に形成し、 ヘツダパイプ内のチユーブ先端から前記膨出部
内面の距離ａと、前記チユーブ先端から膨出部で
ないヘツダパイプ内面までの距離ｂとの割合ａ／
ｂを１．３以下とするとともに、 前記チユーブ先端から膨出部でないヘツダパイ
プ内面までの距離ｂと、膨出部が存在するヘツダ
パイプ内径ｃとの割合ｂ／ｃを０．５〜０．７の
範囲にする、 ことを特徴とする熱交換器。
