とを特徴とする卵形玩具。 (イ) 卵形本体には2つの卵殻部材が互いに離反
するように付勢されたバネと両卵殻部材が結合す

係止部の係止を解除させる解除手段が形成されて
いること。 (ロ) 子玩具にはゼンマイにより往復動する作動
部が設けられ、一方の卵殻部材には卵形本体に収
納された子玩具のゼンマイを巻き上げる巻き上げ
手段が設けられ、上記解除手段は子玩具のゼンマ
イの巻き戻し力により作動すること。 (ハ) 少なくとも一方の卵殻部材の子玩具収納凹
部には、該収納凹部に収納された子玩具の作動部
の一部に係合する作動部材が設けられていること
。 (ニ) 上記作動部材は一方向に弾性付勢され、且
つ卵形本体に収納された子玩具の作動部の往復動
