を形成したスペーサと、 上端に笠木支持部を形成するとともに、下端部
裏面に前記スペーサの支持座面に当接する当接面
を形成した笠木支持部材と、 前記笠木支持部材の下端部の表面側から挿通さ
れ、前記座金の螺杆部に螺合して該笠木支持部材
をスペーサに連結する締結ボルトとからなる手摺
