  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 側壁を構成する側板４と底壁を構成する底板３
    とより構成され、上部に開口を有する多角形状の
    容器本体１と、この容器本体１の開口を覆う着脱
    自在な蓋体２とを備えた蓋付容器において、 前記蓋体２が前記開口の内周に嵌合可能な蓋部
    ５と、その蓋部５の外周に接続され、前記側板４
    の内面に沿つて前記底板３に達する少なくとも２
    個の脚部６とを備え、この脚部６の長手方向一端
    部に少なくとも前記底板３との間に隙間δ１を形
    成する切欠き８，８′を形成するとともに、前記
    脚部６の他端部に少なくとも前記側板４との間に
    隙間δ２を形成する逃げ９を形成したことを特徴
    とする蓋付容器。
