It is installed. As the cooling operation of this refrigeration system continues, frost builds up not only on the cooler but also on the blower and fan guard, reducing the heat exchange efficiency of the cooler and the air blowing efficiency of the blower, reducing the cooling efficiency of the refrigeration system. Therefore, a defrosting device is installed. For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-140105 discloses a fan cover in which part or all of the fan cover is formed of a tube containing a heating wire. Also, ■Jikko 58

Also ■
In the technology disclosed in , the fan casing and the fan grill are separate bodies, and each must be fixed in an orderly manner, which poses the problem of making the fixing work troublesome. Was. Furthermore, since the fan grill is defrosted using transferred heat or radiant heat from the casing heater, there is a problem in that the amount of heat is insufficient and it takes time to defrost the fan grill.

There is a guard body that is made up of a combination of multiple wire rods and covers the air outlet, and a guard body that is provided at the bottom of the guard body so as to close off from the outside at least the part that will be located at the bottom when the guard body is installed, and the lower end is lower than the guard body. The fan guard has a dew pan projecting downward and a heater that is provided on the guard body and heats the dew pan with a part of the fan guard, and the lower end of the dew pan is connected to the dew pan and the main body case. The fan guard is fixed to the main body case, with the guard main body protruding outward from the blower device located on the blower outlet side.

内部として作用する。Function: Since the part of the heater placed in contact with the guard body heats the dew pan at the bottom of the guard body, the heater heats both the guard body and the dew pan at the same time during defrosting. It acts like this. In addition, since the dew receiving part is attached to the bottom of the guard body, the dew receiving part will stop the condensation of the guard body due to heating by the heater or the melted flakes of ice from the guard body. The ice chips are further heated to melt them and promote their movement to the dew pan, so that the ice chips and dew remain on the dew pan.Meanwhile, the lower end of the dew pan is connected between the main body case and the dew pan. Since it is located between the fan guard and the fan tray, this dew tray acts as a dew guide section that guides the dew received from the guard body from the fan guard to the dew tray.

This prevents dew from falling below the refrigeration equipment. In addition, by integrally configuring the guard body and the dew pan, a defrosting heater can be placed in contact with both the guard body and the dew pan. The device (especially the fan) as well as the dew pan can be heated. Moreover, by attaching the fan guard, the dew receiving portion can be fixed at the same time, and the fixing work can be performed with great ease.
