後方部分とから成り、前方部分が、上方へ伸長し
ベビーカーの脚へ回動自在に取付けられている上
方伸長部と、前方へ開口したばね受け部と、を有
し、後方部分がベビーカーの輪を支承する軸を支
持しており、前記ばね受け部にはばねが受け入れ
てあり、該ばねが作動片を前方位置及び上方位置
へ保持可能であつて、作動片が上方位置にあると
きには該作動片が脚へ係止して輪取付アームを脚
に対し回動不能としているが、作動片が前方位置
にあるときには輪取付アームが脚から独立して自
