一部に放電用端子を設け、導電用端子と放電用端
子を電気的に接続すると共に、該電気接続経路に
Ｐ側が導電性端子側に、Ｎ側が放電用端子側に夫
々配向するようにＰ−Ｎ型半導体を介設し、且つ
該電気接続経路のＮ側経路に放電体を配備してな
ることを特徴とする医療用除電装置。 (2) 上記電気接続経路のＮ側経路に、整流方向
が上記Ｐ−Ｎ型半導体と同じ方向となるように配
置されたＰ−Ｎ型半導体を含んで構成されるアク
セレータを介設してなる請求項(1)に記載の医療
