相対向する状態で配置され、上記隙間の内周側に
フローテイングシールが両部材間に跨つて設けら
れる回転装置において、上記隙間の外周側に弾性
シール部材がこの隙間を閉塞する状態で着脱可能
に巻付けられるとともに、この弾性シール部材の
さらに外周に、同シール部材を一方の部材に摺接
する状態で他方の部材に固定する周方向分割可能
なカバー部材が設けられてなることを特徴とする
