と、該コントロールレバーと係合するチエンジロ
ツドとを介して、チエンジノブとシフト方向とセ
レクト方向の変位を変速機に伝達する変速機のチ
エンジレバー操作機構であつて、 コントロールレバーのシフト方向位置に、支持
部が形成されこの支持部を支点としてシフト方向
とセレクト方向とにてこ状に変位できるようにな
つた補助ロツドを設ける一方、チエンジノブのシ
フト方向の変位に対して、コントロールレバーと
補助ロツドとが略平行に保たれ、かつコントロー
ルレバーのピボツト部までの長さと、補助ロツド
の支持部までの長さとがほぼ等しくなるような位
置において、チエンジノブを夫々コントロールレ
バーと補助ロツドとにピン連結したことを特徴と
