計量ホツパ4へ物品を受渡すようになつている。
なお、5は集合シユート、6は包装機である。こ
れによると、被計量物品は直進フイーダ2の送出
端から空間を落下して前置ホツパ3の内面に衝突
する。また前置ホツパ3からそのゲート3aを開
いて物品を計量ホツパ4へ受渡すときも、物品は
空間を落下して計量ホツパ4の内面に衝突する。
従つて、被計量物品の破損する問題があり、これ
により商品価値が低下してしまう。そこで従来
は、物品の破損対策として物品が衝突する部分に
軟質のゴム様物質を設けたり、集合シユート5の
内面傾斜角を緩るくすることなどが行われてい
た。しかし、構造上物品が空間を落下する部分が
あるため、ゴムなどを設けても物品同志の衝突は
避けられないので、十分な被計量物品の損傷防止
対策とはならない。

は逆に下降傾斜したシユート状をなすように形成
されており、その前置容器の夫々に対して上記受

に従つて滑つて送出される。計量ホツパの側壁の
一部を同様なシユート状部に形成し段差なく接続
するようにしておけば、物品が空間を落下するこ
とはなく、滑つて計量ホツパ内に供給される。従
つて、物品を前置容器に受入れるときも計量ホツ
パへ送出するときも、物品が空間を落下すること
はないから、被計量物品を損傷なく供給できる。
