支持ピンを設け、圧電素子を接合した振動体を前
記支持ピンに固着し、該支持ピンにより軸着され
、コイルバネを受ける溝部を形成した内輪と、該
内輪に形成したボール位置決め溝に持設されたボ
ールと、該ボールを介した位置に前記内輪に形成
したボール位置決め溝と略同一な溝部を形成した
外輪とによつて構成されたボールベアリングを、
前記振動体に形成された偏位拡大用の凸部の内側
に設けたロータと、該ロータと前記振動体の凸部
とを圧接するコイルバネと、前記支持ピンを中心
とし、コイルバネの他端を受ける溝部を形成した
バネ押え座を、固定ネジにより前記支持ピンに固
