Claims (1)
- 励磁式発電機の出力により整流器を介して充電
されるバツテリと、前記バツテリの両端間に始動
スイツチを介して接続された負荷と、前記発電機
の励磁電流を制御するスイチング素子と、第１の
トランジスタ及び、第２のトランジスタを直列に
接続したトランジスタ駆動回路と、前記負荷の一
端と前記第１及び第２トランジスタの接続点を接
続する回路と、前記スイツチング素子及び第１、
第２トランジスタを制御する制御回路を備えた車
輌用電圧調整器において、前記第１トランジスタ
のベース、エミツタ間に該第１トランジスタの導
通方向と逆極性にダイオードを接続すると共に、
前記第２トランジスタのベース、コレクタ間に該
第２トランジスタの自己バイアス回路を設けたこ
とを特徴とする車輌用電圧調整器。
