[Industrial Application Field] The present invention uses a moisturizing agent of 15% by weight (hereinafter referred to as %).
or more, and carboxyvinyl polymer 0.2-1.0%
and a basic substance, and does not contain hydroxyethyl cellulose. [Prior Art] Conventional pine surge cosmetics are thickened by incorporating a large amount of oil, and the trade-off to this is that they become sticky after pine surge treatment. In addition, summer pine surge cosmetics that contain less than 10% moisturizer and are thickened with carboxyvinyl polymer and basic substances are not sticky, but the water evaporates during pine surge, making them difficult to apply. When you put food in a bottle, if you try to scoop it from the bottle onto your fingertips, it will run away from your fingertips and not land on your fingers, and even if you do manage to scoop it up, if you point your fingertips downwards, it will easily slip off (run down). (hereinafter referred to as "good or bad adhesion to fingers")
). [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted extensive research in order to improve the above drawbacks, and as a result, the present inventors have blended 0.2 to 0.1% of carboxyvinyl polymer, By blending 15% or more of a moisturizing agent into a thickened system, it eliminates the stickiness disadvantage of conventional pine surge cosmetics, and a type with a moisturizing agent of 10% or less thickened with carboxyvinyl polymer and basic substances. The present inventors have discovered that the problems of pine surge becoming difficult to spread during pine surge and poor grip on fingers can all be improved, leading to the completion of the present invention. [Means for Solving the Problem] That is, the present invention provides a pine surge makeup characterized by containing 15% or more of a moisturizing agent, 0.2 to 1.0% of a carboxyvinyl polymer, and a basic substance, and not containing hydroxyethyl cellulose. It is a fee. Examples of the humectant used in the present invention include:
Ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, higher polyethylene glycols, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, higher polypropylene glycols, 1,3-butylene glycol, 1,4
-Butylene glycols such as butylene glycol, glycerin, diglycerin, and higher polyglycerins, sugar alcohols such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, and maltitol, glycerins such as ethylene oxide (hereinafter abbreviated as EO), propylene oxide ( (hereinafter abbreviated as PO) adducts, EO of sugar alcohols, PO adducts, galactose, monosaccharides of fructose sugar and their EO, PO
Adducts include polysaccharides of maltose and lactose sugars and their EO and PO adducts. In the present invention, one or more of the above-mentioned moisturizers are blended in a total of 15% or more of the total amount of the cosmetic, and there is usually no upper limit, but preferably
Less than 80%. In addition, carboxyvinyl polymers include Carbopol (registered trademark) 934 manufactured by Gutudoritsu;
Examples include Carbopol 940, Carbopol 941, Hiviswako (registered trademark) 103, Hibiswako 104, and Hibiswako 105 manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries. The amount of carboxyvinyl polymer blended is 0.2 of the total amount of cosmetics.
~1.0%. Furthermore, basic substances include metal oxides such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and lithium hydroxide, and basic amino acids such as triethanolamine, isopropanolamine, and diisopropanolamine. When neutralizing the carboxyvinyl polymer with a basic substance, it is desirable that the neutralization rate is such that the PH of the pine surge cosmetic is in the range of 4 to 10. Further, there is no particular restriction regarding the viscosity, but considering that the pine surge cosmetic of the present invention will come off on the fingers when trying to scoop it from the container onto the fingertips as described above, the viscosity is preferably 30,000 cps or more. The viscosity mentioned here is manufactured by Seiki Kogyo Research Institute.
This value was measured using a BH type viscometer with rotor No. 7 and a rotation speed of 10 rpm. In addition to the above-mentioned essential ingredients, the cosmetic of the present invention may contain water, liquid oil, wax, surfactant, lower alcohol, carboxyvinyl, etc. within a qualitative and quantitative range that does not impede the effects of the present invention. In addition to ingredients normally used in cosmetics, such as polymers and water-soluble polymer thickeners other than hydroxyethyl cellulose, fragrances, antioxidants, chelating agents, dyes, pigments, preservatives, antifungal agents, medicinal ingredients, and ultraviolet absorbers, Components such as inorganic or organic powders and granules can also be blended. If an inorganic or organic powder is blended here, the above-mentioned adhesion to the fingers becomes even better. In addition,
This effect can be expected when the powder is blended in an amount of 0.5% or more, and although there is no particular upper limit, it should be 10% or less. [Effects of the Invention] The product of the present invention is an oil-free pine surge cosmetic that does not contain any oil (a small amount is allowed), is non-sticky, does not change in spreadability between the beginning and end of pine surge, is easy to spread, and is easy to apply on fingers. It is a pine surge cosmetic that has good pine surge effect and is easy to apply. [Examples] Next, Examples and Comparative Examples will be given to specifically clarify the present invention. The present invention is not limited thereby. The blending amount is in weight%. Example 1 Purified water to100 Carboxyvinyl polymer {Carbopol (registered trademark, manufactured by Gutsudoritsu Co., Ltd., the same applies hereinafter)

Got pine surge cream. Example 2 Purified water to100 Carboxyvinyl polymer {Hibis Wako (registered trademark) 104} 0.4 Glycerin 40 Dipropylene glycol 20 POE (60 mol) Hydrogenated castor oil 0.3 Paraben 0.1 Fragrance 0.08 Nylon powder 5 Potassium hydroxide 0.12 Manufacturing method Stored at room temperature Add the heated solution to the solution and stir and disperse.
A part of the solution was added to neutralize and increase the viscosity to obtain an opaque jelly-like pine surge cosmetic with a viscosity of 60,000 cps. In this way, when organic powder (in this example, nylon powder) is blended into the pine surge-like cosmetic, the ease with which it can be applied to the fingers is further improved. Here, the usability evaluation results for Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 are shown in Table 1. The usability was evaluated using the following method. A panel of 20 beauty technicians conducted actual usage tests and performed sensory evaluations. The evaluation items were four items: ease of removal from the container to fingertips, non-stickiness, ease of spreading (ease of pine surge), and satisfaction with pine surge. The evaluation results will be expressed as follows. A: More than 16 out of 20 people answered that it was good. B: 12 to 15 out of 20 people answered that it was good. C: 8 to 11 out of 20 people answered that it was good. D: Less than 7 out of 20 people answered that it was good.

例1、2と同様良好な使用性であつた。[Table] As is clear from Table 1, Examples 1 and 2, which have a viscosity of 30,000 cps or more, are easier to remove and spread on the fingers than Comparative Example 1, which has a viscosity of less than 30,000 cps, and the spreadability changes during the pine surge. It turns out that there are few.
Furthermore, when compared with Comparative Example 2, which is a conventional pine surge cream, Examples 1 and 2 are less sticky, have less change in spreadability during pine surge, and are superior in the satisfaction of pine surge. Example 3 Purified water to100 Carboxyvinyl polymer {Carbopol (registered trademark) 940} 0.4 Methyl cellulose 0.2 POE (10 mol) Methyl gluconde 5 1,3-butylene glycol 30 POE (16 mol) 2-octyl dodecyl ether 0.6 Paraben 0.1 Fragrance 0.08 Sodium hydroxide 0.25 Production method was added to and dissolved at room temperature, a portion of which was moistened, a portion of which was heated and dissolved, and were added and mixed with stirring. A part of the solution was added to the mixture to neutralize and increase the viscosity, thereby obtaining a transparent jelly-like pine surge cosmetic with a viscosity of 60,000 cps. Example 4 Purified water to100 Carboxyvinyl polymer {Carbopol (registered trademark) 941} 1.0 Glycerin 10 1,3-butylene glycol 30 POE (30 mol) dehydro Cholesterol 0.8 Jojoba oil 5 Squalane 5 Paraben 0.1 Fragrance 0.15 Arginine 1.1 Manufacturing method In addition, add the mixture dissolved at room temperature, add the mixture gradually to the dispersion, prepare the emulsified particles using an emulsifier, and stir. In addition, the mixture was neutralized and thickened to obtain an oil-containing opaque jelly-like pine surge cosmetic with a viscosity of 120,000 cps. Example 5 Purified water to100 Carboxyvinyl polymer {Hibis Wako (registered trademark) 103} 0.2 Hydroxypropyl cellulose 0.3 Glycerin 60 Dipropylene glycol 20 POE (10 mol) Methyl gluconide 5 POE (60 mol) Hydrogenated castor oil 0.5 Paraben 0.1 Fragrance 0.2 Granules 0.5 Triethanolamine 0.23 To a solution of 0.23 at room temperature, add the solution moistened with the solution, add the solution heated and stirred, and add a portion of the solution of the solution. to neutralize and thicken the viscosity.
A jelly-like pine surge cosmetic containing translucent granules of 100,000 cps was obtained. In this way, when granules are incorporated into pine surge cosmetics, the pine surge effect is further promoted. However, the above granules may have the following formulation as an example, but are not limited to this. Polyethylene powder TO100 (excluding ethanol) Yellow iron oxide 0.6 Ethyl cellulose 3 Ethanol 17 Manufacturing method The ethanol was stripped off to obtain granules that broke during the pine surge operation. The granules that can be incorporated into this pine surge cosmetic must be granulated using water-insoluble bases and binders as typified by the above. Furthermore, when the above-mentioned granules are blended into conventional oil-based pine surge creams, there is a problem with the long-term stability of the granules, but even when blended into the jelly-like pine surge cosmetic of the present invention, the other oils blended are non-polar. It is known that there is no problem in this case. Example 6 Purified water to100 Carboxy vinyl polymer {Hibis Wako (trademark registered) 105} 1.0 Glycerin 35 1,3-butylene glycol 20 Coconut oil fatty acid collagen peptide potassium
0.06 Methylphenylpolysiloxane 5 Paraben 0.1 Fragrance 0.1 Granules 0.3 Aminomethylpropanol 0.5 Manufacturing method Add the heated solution and the dispersion of Ni to the solution at room temperature using an emulsifying machine while slowly adding. A non-aqueous gel base prepared with emulsified particles was added and stirred, and a partially dissolved solution was added to neutralize and increase the viscosity to obtain a jelly-like pine surge cosmetic containing opaque granules with a viscosity of 100,000 cps. Note that the usability of Examples 3 to 6 was as good as that of Examples 1 and 2.
