増加する膨張ポンプ室の始端部にバキユーム吸込
ポートを開口させ、この膨張ポンプ室の終端部に
コンプレツサ吸込ポートを開口させ、前記ロータ
の回転により容積が減少する収縮ポンプ室の終端
部にコンプレツサ吐出ポートを開口させた多機能
ポンプにおいて、前記サイドハウジングに保持さ
れて、弾性部材により前記センタハウジングの端
面に当接されかつ前記ロータの軸方向の熱膨張に
よるロータ側面の押圧に対して軸方向に移動可能
