- ＳＦ６ガスを封入したタンク内に水冷却のサイ
リスタバルブを収納したガス絶縁水冷却サイリス
タバルブにおいて、バルブ内部品を支持固定する
絶縁板上の部品間に部品の電位差に対して１５ｍ
ｍ／ＫＶｒｍｓ以上の高さをもつ障壁をもうけた
ことを特徴とするガス絶縁水冷却サイリスタバル
ブ。
