- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ブレーキバルブ７のブレーキ圧の封じ込め
を制御する電磁弁６と、少なくとも車両の停止状
態とアクセルが踏まれていないこととを検知して
両者の条件が満たされ、かつ運転者の意思による
作動スイツチ９の操作がなされた場合にのみ前記
電磁弁６に対して作動信号を送出する制御手段８
とを備えた車両の発進防止装置。 (2) 前記作動スイツチ９は、ステアリング１３
に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項１記載
の車両の発進防止装置。
