に近い低時定数と一時的な室内温度変化には反応
しない高時定数とのいずれか一方に設定する時定
数設定回路を設けると共に、上記ブロアの電圧の
設定値を検出しブロア電圧Loの状態が設定時間
以上継続したとき安定状態と判断して上記時定数
設定回路に高時定数を選択設定させる信号を発し
ブロア電圧がLoでない状態が設定時間継続した
とき非安定状態であると判断し上記時定数設定回
路に低時定数を選択設定させる信号を発するブロ
