る照度検知素子を有し、周囲の照度が予め定めら
れたレベルよりも低下したときには第1の照度信
号を出力する一方、周囲の照度が予め定められた
レベルを越えたときには第2の照度信号を出力す
る照度検出手段と、 人体を検知して人体検知信号を出力する人体検
知素子を有した人体検知手段と、 上記照度検出手段から出力される第1の照度信
号と上記人体検知手段から出力される人体検知信
号との論理積信号をタイマー起動信号として出力
する論理積回路と、 該論理積回路から出力されるタイマー起動信号
によつて起動されて予め定められた所定の時間だ
けタイマー信号を出力するタイマー回路と、 上記タイマー回路からタイマー信号が出力され
ている期間は予め設定された第1のレベルの点灯
制御信号を照明灯へ出力する第1の点灯制御回路
と、上記照度検出手段から出力される第1の照度
信号を受けて、上記第1のレベルよりも低い予め
設定された第2のレベルの点灯制御信号を上記照
明灯へ出力する第2の点灯制御回路とを含んで成
る点灯制御回路部とを備えたことを特徴とする自
動調光装置。 (2) 上記タイマー回路に代えて、上記論理積回
路から出力されるタイマー起動信号によつて起動
されて予め定められた所定の時間だけタイマー信
号を出力する再起動可能なリトリガブルタイマー
回路を備える一方、 該リトリガブルタイマー回路から出力されるタ
イマー信号を受けて予め設定されタ所定の時間だ
け該タイマー信号よりも遅延した遅廷信号を出力
する遅廷回路と、 該遅廷回路から出力される遅廷信号が入力され
ていない期間は上記照度検出手段から出力される
照度信号をそのまま上記第2の点灯制御回路と上
記論理積回路とに出力する一方、上記遅廷信号が
入力されている期間は上記照度検出手段から出力
される照度信号に代えて、上記第1の照度信号と
等しいレベルの信号を上記第2の点灯制御回路と
上記論理積回路とに出力する信号切換回路とを更
に備えたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自
