<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a method for surface treatment of concrete cast using formwork. <Prior Art> When pouring concrete, in order to improve its workability, a water content exceeding the water-to-cement ratio required for hydration is required. When such water is compacted using a vibrator or the like, it becomes breathing water and accumulates on the formwork side with bubbles. Particularly on tapered slopes and curved surfaces, it is difficult for such water bubbles and bubbles to escape, and so-called ``water pock'', which is the remains of bubbles and bubbles, occur on the surface of concrete that has been removed from the formwork after curing. Conventionally, cloth sheets or porous sheets that utilize capillary action have been used to remove air bubbles and water bubbles. <Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention> When air bubbles and water bubbles accumulate on the concrete surface side and "water pock" occurs on the surface, the following problems occur. (b) The accumulation of air bubbles and water bubbles on the surface means that the surface is not solid concrete, and the surface strength decreases. (b) When ``water pock'' occurs on the surface of concrete, its smoothness is impaired, allowing water and salt to penetrate from the outside, and the surface strength of concrete decreases due to freezing and thawing. (c) "Water pockmarks" on the concrete surface increase the roughness coefficient, which has an adverse effect on the design, such as requiring a large slope when designing a groove. (d) Although it is possible to remove air bubbles using methods to prevent "water pock" using fabric sheets or porous sheets that utilize capillary action, it is difficult to remove the breathing water that has accumulated on the surface, which lowers the water-cement ratio on the surface. It is difficult to do so, and a decrease in surface strength is inevitable. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a concrete surface treatment method that can increase the surface strength of concrete by eliminating breathing water, air bubbles, etc., and can be applied economically. The purpose is to provide <Means for solving the problem> The present invention attaches a water-absorbing sheet made of a hydrous polymer gel to the formwork, and cures the concrete while actively absorbing air bubbles and breathing water that accumulate on the surface layer of the concrete with the water-absorbing sheet. It is characterized by This makes it possible to prevent the occurrence of water pockmarks, and also to lower the water-cement ratio in the surface layer of the concrete, making it possible to form the concrete with high strength and smoothness. <Example> Next, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. First, water absorbent sheet 1 used in this example
I will explain about it. (a) Water-absorbing sheet The water-absorbing sheet 1 used in this example is made by adhering a hydrous polymer gel that absorbs 2 to 1000 times its own weight of water to a film-like cloth or the like. Then, pores 11 are opened on the entire surface to form a part where air bubbles accumulate and a part which allows free expansion of the polymer gel. (Fig. 2) The following fibers are used for the water absorbent sheet 1. Rayon, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, vinylon, cotton, wool, acrylic, and blends of the above fibers. Examples of water-containing polymer gels include the following. (a) Vinyl acetate-acrylic acid copolymer system (b) Starch-acrylic acid graft copolymer system (c) Starch-acrylonitrile graft copolymer system (d) Polyvinyl alcohol maleic anhydride system (e) Isobitylene-maleic anhydride system System (f) Polyacrylic acid system A water-containing polymer gel is fixed to the above fibers using a water-soluble polymer adhesive such as polyvinyl alcohol. Then, adhere this water-absorbing sheet to the back of metal, wooden, or other formwork with double-sided tape, etc.
(Fig. 1) In addition to the above-mentioned fibers, it is also conceivable to use a felt-like sheet impregnated with a polymer gel. Next, a concrete surface treatment method using the above-mentioned water absorbing sheet will be explained. (b) Installation of water absorption formwork Attach the water absorption sheet 1 to the prescribed water absorption formwork K. That is, after applying grease or the like to the formwork surface K1 side of the water-absorbing formwork K, the water-absorbing sheet 1 is attached to the formwork surface K1 using double-sided tape or the like. Then, formwork surface K1 is placed in the concrete pouring space.
A water-absorbing form K is installed at a predetermined position facing the direction, and concrete is poured. After concrete is poured, it is compacted by applying sufficient vibration to encourage air and excess water to rise. Thereafter, the mold is removed after a predetermined curing period. (b) Effect (Figure 3) Concrete placed in the pouring space is subjected to vibrations, and the water contained inside accumulates on the surface of the concrete with air bubbles. The surface side of the concrete is in contact with the formwork surface K1 to which the water-absorbing sheet 1 is attached, and the breathing water with air bubbles accumulated on the surface side of the concrete is absorbed by the water-absorbing sheet 1. Therefore, the surface of the concrete after demolding can be finished smooth without causing "water pock". As a result, the water-cement ratio on the surface side of the concrete can be reduced. (c) Experimental results Next, we will show the experimental results of the concrete surface performance when surface treatment was performed using the above method. Here are the experimental results for three types: one using two types of water-absorbing sheets 1, A and B, and the other using no water-absorbing sheet 1.

(b) Air bubbles and water bubbles that accumulate on the surface side are absorbed by the water-absorbing sheet on the formwork surface, so the water-cement ratio on the surface portion decreases and the surface strength improves. (b) Since "water pockmarks" do not occur on the surface of concrete, smoothness can be maintained, preventing penetration of moisture and salt from the outside, and reducing the surface strength of concrete due to freezing and thawing. Never. (c) Since the concrete surface is smooth, the roughness coefficient can be lowered. Therefore, when the roughness coefficient is high, it is possible to prevent the design from being disadvantageous, such as having to take a large slope when designing a groove, for example.
