せるように導く流通路Cを、内筒22と外筒29
との間に設けるために、前記連通孔27から内筒
22先端部へ向かつて延びるガイド溝28を内筒
22外周面に形成し、さらに、前記アダプタ1に
は穿孔時に生ずる切削粉を、内筒22を経てアダ
プタ1外周面の排出口14へ導く排出路15を設
