【考案の詳細な説明】 〈産業上の利用分野〉 本考案は従来の加圧式ポンプに弾性素材より組
立てられた内圧抜きバルブを取付ける事で灯油の
供給の停止或いは内圧抜きの簡便化を計る内圧抜
きバルブに関するものである。

け、その上部に形成される押キャップCの押圧を
繰返す事で、上記灯油供給用容器A内の圧力が上
昇する事と成り、灯油が供給用ホースDに導びか
れ給油されるものである。しかし乍らこの場合上
記灯油供給用容器A内の圧力が上昇した状態にあ
つては、給油が持続された状態である為に、上記
供給用ホースD先端にノズルガンEを装着し、給
油の調整を行うものであるが、上記灯油供給用容
器A内の圧力を上昇させたまゝ放置すると、上記
灯油供給用容器A(特にポ利エチレンタンクの場
合)が膨張した状態で、元の形状に戻らなくな
り、その強度が低下する等の問題があり、上記灯
油供給用容器Aに設けた他の栓を開ける事で内圧
を抜くか、又はポンプ本体に特別に内圧抜き装置
を装着して、これによつて抜く方法しか無く、現
在内圧抜き装置を装着したものが市販されている
が、その多くは螺子式で組立てるものが殆んどで
あり、その為に組立て及び螺子加工に非常に手間
が掛かり、更に製品コストが高くなる等の問題が
あつた。

ポンプ本体に設けた内圧抜き取付用筒体に、プラ
スチックの弾性特性を利用し組立てられた内圧抜
きバルブ本体を取付けるものであり、その要旨は
灯油供給用容器の開口部に装着される中空状基台
の上端開口部に上,下部にそれぞれ空気取入弁体
及び空気圧入弁体を配設せしめた上下圧縮自在な
空気圧縮体を連通せしめ、該空気圧縮体の上,下
による伸縮により加圧する如き構成より成る加圧
式ポンプに用いるものであつて、弾力性素材より
成り、先端に内圧抜き穴が設けられ、かつその先
端縁に所要数の係止用爪部が開脚され、基端が開
口状とされる筒状のバルブ本体を一体的に形成せ
しめ、該バルブ本体の内圧抜き穴を開閉制御する
為の内圧制御用弁体が先端に一体的に形成され、
かつその基端に連結用爪部が開脚される弁棒を、
上記内圧抜き穴外方より上記バルブ本体内へ遊嵌
状に挿入せしめ、更に基端筒体外周壁に連結用孔
が開口される押ボタンを、上記連結用爪部と上記
連結用孔との嵌合により連結せしめ、しかも上記
押ボタンの基端円周縁と上記バルブ本体先端内と
の間にスプリングを介在させ、常時は該スプリン
グの付勢力によつて上記内圧抜き穴が密閉される
如くなし、更に上記空中空状基台外周壁にその中
空部内と連通される筒状の空気抜き筒体内に、上
記バルブ本体を嵌入し、その先端の係止用爪部に
よつて係着させることを特徴とする加圧式ポンプ
用内圧バルブである。

に連結用爪部18,18が開脚される弁棒19
を、上記バルブ本体16先端側より内方へ遊嵌状
に挿入するものである。次に上記弁棒19を内包
する如くスプリング20を、上記バルブ本体16
内に挿入し、更に上記連結用爪部18,18と連
結すべく基端筒体外壁に連結用孔21,21が形
成される押ボタン22を、同押ボタン22の基端
周縁部で上記スプリング20の付勢力に抗し乍ら
上記バルブ本体16内へ挿入し、上記連結用爪部
18,18と連結する。つまり上記押ボタン22
と上記弁棒19とが連結した状態に於いて、上記
スプリング20の付勢力によつて、上記内圧抜き
穴14は上記内圧制御用弁体17により、密閉さ
れた状態と成る。又上記押ボタン22を上記バル
ブ本体16内へスプリング20の付勢力に抗し乍
ら押入れる事で、上記内圧抜き穴14は開口され
た状態となる。

上記押ボタンの基端円周縁と上記バルブ本体先端
内との間にスプリングを介在させ、常時は該スプ
リングの付勢力によつて上記内圧抜き穴が密閉さ
れる如くなし、更に上記中空状基台外周壁にその
中空部内と連通される筒状の空気抜き筒体内に、
