有し各超音波振動子によつてそれぞれ異なる超音
波断層画像を得るようにした超音波プローブにお
いて、 前記2つの超音波振動子はそれぞれによつて得
られる超音波断層画像面がほぼ直交方向の面とな
るように配設され、 該配設された2つの超音波振動子の間には両超
音波振動子間に任意に角度付けを行い前記それぞ
れの超音波断層画像面を交差させるための可動屈
曲部が形成されたことを特徴とする超音波プロー
