- 一つの基板に複数個の振動部が形成され、これ
ら振動部間に中継容量部が形成された圧電部品に
おいて、前記中継容量部への端子の接続用及び前
記中継容量部における振動防止用の半田として高
温半田が使用されていることを特徴とする圧電部
品。
