Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ＵＨＦ帯域の信号の受信時にはベース接地
増幅器として動作し、ＶＨＦ帯域の信号の受信時
にはエミツタ接地増幅器として動作することを特
徴とする高周波増幅回路。 (2) 入力信号からＵＨＦ帯域の信号を抽出する
第１の抽出手段と、前記入力信号からＶＨＦ帯域
の信号を抽出第２の抽出手段と、前記第１の抽出
手段の出力がエミツタへ、また、前記第２の抽出
手段の出力がベースへ供給される高周波増幅用の
トランジスタと、ＵＨＦ帯域の信号の受信時に前
記ベースを高周波的に接地する第１のスイツチ手
段と、ＶＨＦ帯域の信号の受信時に前記エミツタ
を高周波的に接地する第２のスイツチ手段とを具
備してなる高周波増幅回路。
