【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 板材で製作し周縁部を半径方向内方に曲折
して一方の鍔部を形成した円筒形の内カバーに同
じく周縁部を半径方向内方に曲折して他方の鍔部
を形成した円筒形の外カバーを圧入してなる外輪
と、鍜造材で製作し、外周面に軌道溝を設けると
共に軸穴を軸の断面形状に合せて円形或いは多角
形とした内輪とよりなり、前記外輪の鍔部と内輪
の外周面との間に形成される隙間で密封部を形成
し、前記外輪と内輪との間の環状空間に転動体を
充填したことを特徴とする玉軸受。 (2) 板材で製作し周縁部を半径方向内方に曲折
して一方の鍔部を形成した円筒形の内カバーに同
じく周縁部を半径方向内方に曲折して他方の鍔部
を形成した円筒形の外カバーを圧入してなる外輪
と、合成樹脂で製作し、外周面に軌道溝を設ける
と共に軸穴を軸の断面形状に合せて円形或いは多
角形とした内輪とよりなり、前記外輪の鍔部と内
輪の外周面との間に形成される隙間で密封部を形
成し、前記外輪と内輪との間の環状空間に転動体
を充填したことを特徴とする玉軸受。 (3) 外輪の両側の鍔部を、ガタつき防止用に転
動体寄りに狭く絞つて形成したことを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項若しくは第2項記
載の玉軸受。 (4) 外輪を構成する円筒形の外カバーは鍔部の
反対側の周縁端部を内カバーの角のRに沿うよう
加締めて曲げたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項から第3項のいずれか1つに記載
の玉軸受。 (5) 板材で製作した円筒の軸方向の両周縁部を
