であつて、上端枢着部を回動中心として下端係止

ツプ引上腕と、前記キヤツプの外側に位置決めさ
れ前記キヤツプ引上腕よりも下方に延出されると
ともに、上端部が引上装置に固定されかつ下端が
弁箱側部材上に当接する複数の押え足と、前記腕
上部の下方に延出されて前記腕上部および引上装
置の引上機構を連結する連結棒と前記キヤツプ引
上腕との間に設けられ、前記キヤツプ引上腕の下
端係止部を前記キヤツプに対して係合あるいは離
間させるリンク機構部と、前記キヤツプが前記キ
ヤツプ引上腕に対して前記弁棒の軸方向に動くこ
とを制限するように前記連結棒の下方端部に設け
られたキヤツプ押えを備えたことを特徴とする弁
