ングが嵌装された空気圧縮機において、前記ピス
トンには、圧縮室とクランク室とに連通する連通
孔が形成され、該連通孔には、通常時に連通孔を
閉塞し、前記ピストンリングが所定量以上摩耗し
た異常時にはピストンリングの摩耗にともなう変
位により連通孔を開口する開閉機構が設けられた
