供給管が接続されたシリンダーと、上記ガイド内
に摺動可能に嵌設され内部に先端を上記被計測表
面に向けた電気マイクロメーターが螺着されると
ともに基部の取付アームが上記ピストンのロツド
に固着されたホルダーとを具えたことを特徴とす
る電気マイクロメーターの微少ストローク調整機
