[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a cleaning composition that has low foaming properties and excellent rinsability. [Conventional technology and problems] In recent years, with the spread of fully automatic washing machines, there have been problems such as unsanitary foam being stuck to the lid of the selection tank during washing, and the dehydration rate being reduced if a large amount of foam remains when draining after washing. Problems have arisen such as deterioration and overloading of the motor. In addition, the modernization of lifestyles has significantly increased water use, resulting in situations such as insufficient water supplies during the summer dry season. The amount of water used for washing is enormous, and it has been desired to conserve this water. By the way, in our research regarding rinsing,
Approximately 80% of households rinse with running water,
The average rinse time has been found to be around 9 minutes. Considering the rinsing time from the viewpoint of detergent components remaining on the clothes, it is known that under standard conditions, rinsing time of about 5 minutes is sufficient, and if the rinsing time is too long, water may There are also reports that the iron contained in it adheres to clothing and accelerates yellowing. The general consumer's guideline for rinsing completion is based on the amount of foaming during rinsing, how well the liquid spreads, and the time, but based on these factors, it is possible to shorten the rinsing time to a reasonable level by suppressing foaming during rinsing and turbidity of the liquid. It seems possible. If the rinsing time is shortened, rinsing water is necessarily saved, which is economical. From these points, it seems that detergents with low foaming properties and excellent rinsing properties meet consumer needs. Conventionally, silicone-based antifoaming agents have been used to suppress foaming during washing, but they have problems with stability in detergents, lose their antifoaming effect after long-term storage, and are expensive. There is a problem. In addition, soap and wax have been added to improve rinsability, but soaps are not sufficiently effective, and wax is water-insoluble, so there is a problem that it remains on clothing. [Means for Solving the Problems] An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide a cleaning composition that has low foaming properties and excellent cleaning and rinsing properties. As a result of extensive research to achieve this objective, the present inventors have found that a specific amount of fatty acid salt and di-long-chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salt particles of a specific particle size are blended together with a specific anion activator. The inventors have discovered that a detergent composition with low foaming properties and excellent cleaning and rinsing properties can be obtained by this method, and based on this knowledge, they have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides (a) 5 to 20% by weight of an alkylbenzene sulfonate, (b) 5 to 20% by weight of one or more of alkyl or alkenyl sulfates, or polyoxyalkylene alkyl or alkenyl ether sulfates, (c ) Higher fatty acid salt 2-7% by weight, (d) Particle size 50-50%
Contains 0.5 to 3% by weight of di-long chain alkyl or di-long chain alkyl polyoxyethylene quaternary ammonium salt particles in the range of 300μ, and the ratio of (a)/(b) is 7/3 or less by weight. The present invention provides a cleaning composition characterized in that the above-mentioned component (d) is after-blended with a cleaning composition containing the above-mentioned components (a), (b), and (c). As the alkylbenzene sulfonate as component (a) used in the present invention, linear or branched alkylbenzene sulfonate having an alkyl group having an average carbon number of 8 to 15 is particularly exemplified. Component (b) is an alkyl or alkenyl sulfate having an alkyl group or alkenyl group having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms, or a straight or branched alkyl group or alkenyl group having an average of 10 to 20 carbon atoms; 1
An example is an alkyl or alkenyl ethoxy sulfate having an average of 0.5 to 8 moles of ethylene oxide added to the molecule. Counter ions for these anionic surfactants include alkali metal ions such as sodium and potassium;
Alkaline earth metal ions such as calcium and magnesium, ammonium ions, and alkanolamines having 1 to 3 alkanol groups having 2 or 3 carbon atoms (e.g., monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, triisopropanolamine, etc.) I can do it. Component (c) is exemplified by salts of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids having an average carbon number of 10 to 20, and ions serving as counter ions of fatty acids are preferably sodium, calcium, and magnesium, but are not particularly limited. As component (d), those represented by the following general formulas (1) to (3) are preferably used. (a) Di-long chain alkyl quaternary ammonium salt Here, R 1 and R 2 preferably have 10 to 26 carbon atoms.
14 to 20 alkyl group, R 3 and R 4 are alkyl groups having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, preferably 1 or 2, X
represents a halogen atom and methyl sulfate. (b) Di-long chain alkyl polyoxyethylene quaternary ammonium salt Here, n represents 1 to 20, preferably 1 to 10. Here, m represents 1 to 20, preferably 1 to 10. The blending amount of component (a) is in the range of 5 to 20% by weight,
If it is less than 5% by weight, sufficient detergency will not be obtained, and if it exceeds 20% by weight, foaming will be intense and the purpose of the present invention will not be achieved. Component (b) is blended in an amount of 5 to 20% by weight. If it is less than 5% by weight, sufficient cleaning power cannot be obtained;
If it exceeds 20% by weight, caking will occur during sales and distribution, which is undesirable. The ratio of (a) and (b) must be 7:3 or less. If the ratio exceeds 7:3, foaming will be too strong and the purpose will not be achieved. In particular, a range of 7:3 to 3:7 is desirable from the viewpoint of powder physical properties. (c) Component saturated and unsaturated fatty acid salts are 2 to 7
% by weight. If it is less than 2% by weight, good antifoaming and rinsing improvement effects cannot be obtained, and if it is more than 7% by weight, a characteristic fatty acid odor will appear on clothes after washing.
The rest is not good. Component (d), quaternary ammonium salt particles, is blended in an amount of 0.5 to 3% by weight. 0.5
If it is less than 3% by weight, sufficient antifoaming and rinsing improvement effects cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 3% by weight, it forms a complex with the anionic activator, resulting in a decrease in detergency. Preferably it is in the range of 0.7 to 2% by weight. Furthermore, the particle size of the quaternary ammonium salt particles is 50
It needs to be in the range of ~300μ. If it is more than 300μ, insoluble substances are generated during washing and remain on clothes, which is not desirable. Moreover, if it is less than 50μ, sufficient defoaming and rinsing improvement cannot be obtained. The cleaning composition of the present invention may optionally contain a carboxy or slophobetaine type surfactant, a polyoxyalkylene alkyl or alkenyl ether, a polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, a higher fatty acid alkanolamide or its alkylene oxide adduct, a sucrose fatty acid ester, Various surfactants such as fatty acid esters, fatty acid glycerin monoesters, nonionic surfactants such as alkylamine oxides, phosphates such as tripolyphosphates and pyrophosphates, salts of ethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, 2- Salts of phosphonocarboxylic acids such as phosphononbutane-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, salts of amino acids such as aspartic acid and glutamic acid, nitrilo-3
Aminopolyacetates such as acetate and ethylenediaminetetraacetate, polymer electrolytes such as polyacrylic acid and polyaconitic acid, non-dissociable polymers such as polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone, and organic acids such as diglycolic acid and oxycarboxylic acid salts. salts, polyacetal carboxylic acid polymers or their salts as described in JP-A No. 54-52196, builders such as aluminosilicate or metal ion sequestering agents and fillers such as anhydrous sodium sulfate, silicates, carbonates, sulfates , alkaline agents or inorganic electrolytes such as mono-, di-, or triethanolamine, and triisopropanolamine, recontamination preventive agents such as polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and carboxymethyl cellulose, hydrolytic enzymes such as protease, lipase, and cellulase, and para-toluenesulfonic acid. anti-caking agents such as salts, sulfosuccinates, talc, calcium silicates, bleaching agents such as sodium percarbonate, sodium perborate mono- or tetrahydrate, bleaching agents such as pentaacetylglucose, p-acetoxybenzenesulfonate soda, etc. stabilizers for peroxides such as magnesium silicate and magnesium sulfate, antioxidants such as tert-butylated hydroxytoluene, fluorescent dyes, blue tinting agents,
It may contain fragrances and the like, but is not particularly limited and may be blended depending on the purpose. The method for producing the composition of the present invention includes (a), which is an essential component;
It is necessary to after-blend the component (d) into a detergent material prepared by manufacturing the detergent components (b), (c) and other detergent components by a known manufacturing method such as a spray drying method or a granulation method. When component (d) is added to the detergent fabric, the effects of the present invention cannot be obtained. Incidentally, fragrances, bleaching agents, etc. may be added later. [Effects of the Invention] The composition of the present invention not only has low foaming properties and excellent rinsability, but also has good detergency and powder properties, and furthermore, it has the characteristics of not leaving any strange odor on clothes after washing. have [Example] The present invention will be described below with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. Example 1 A foaming rinse test was conducted using a cleaning agent having the following composition. The results are shown in Table 1.
