感光体上の各色トナー像を順次転写紙に重ね転写
する転写装置において、転写チヤージ印加前の転
写ドラム外方に、転写紙上に既に転写されたトナ
ー像が感光体に再転写されない程度に誘電体シー
トを除電する誘電体シート除電手段を備えたこと
を特徴とする転写装置。 (2) 請求項１記載において、上記誘電体シート
除電手段は、感光体と転写ドラムの接触部におけ
る接線方向の下方の感光体側に配置したことを特
