Claims (1)
し、該移送トラツクの上方に配設されたゲート板
により該ゲート板の下流側へ単層で部品を整送す
るようにした振動部品整送装置において、前記ゲ
ート板に単層の部品が通過可能な切欠きを形成し
、該ゲート板の下流側で近接して部品検知手段を
設け、かつ上流側で近接して部品排除手段を設け
て、前記部品検知手段により第1の所定時間以上
、前記移送トラツク上に部品を検知しないときに
は、この検知信号により前記部品排除手段を第2
の所定時間駆動して前記ゲート板の入口側で停滞
している部品を外方へと排除するようにしたこと
を特徴とする振動部品整送装置。 (2) 振動する移送トラツクに沿つて部品を移送
し、該移送トラツクの上方に配設されたゲート板
により該ゲート板の下流側へ単層で部品を整送す
るようにした振動部品整送装置において、前記ゲ
ート板に単層のゴム製の部品が通過可能な切欠き
を形成し、該ゲート板の上流側で近接して常時空
気を噴出する空気噴出手段を設け、前記ゲート板
に重なつて移送されてきたゴム製の部品は前記噴
出する空気により前記ゲート板に沿つて外方へと
排除し、単層で移送されてきたゴム製の部品は振
動による移送力によりそのまゝ前記切欠きを通過
して該ゲート板の下流側へと導かれるようにした
