端面に設けられた石炭吹込みノズルと、上記第１
燃焼室の円筒側面に設けられて接線方向に酸化剤
を供給するサイクロンノズルと、上記第１燃焼室
の他端面を閉じ中央部に燃焼ガス流出口が貫通し
た第１隔壁と、同第１隔壁近傍の上記第１燃焼室
下部に設けられたスラグ流出口と、同スラグ流出
口の下方に連通して設けられたスラグポツトと、
上記第１隔壁の外方に間隔をへだてて設けられて
同第１隔壁との間に整流室を形成し複数の整流孔
が貫通した第２隔壁と、同第２隔壁の外方に設け
られて酸化剤が供給される第２燃焼室と、上記整
流室の下部を上記スラグポツトに連通させるスラ
グ流下通路とを備えたことを特徴とする石炭燃焼
