が開閉電極に接続されたリレーを前記半導体レー
ザの近傍に配置し、前記コントローラー部に前記
リレーの励磁コイル駆動回路を設け、コントロー

入力された指令によつて前記半導体レーザのアノ
ード、カソード間を短絡・開放制御可能としたこ
