ボデイの基端側に設けられた回転伝達軸とを備え
、この切刃部が複数の切刃と各切刃間に形成され
た溝部とから構成されたガラス用ホールカツター
において、一定の径方向幅を有する円弧形の先端
面と、先端面の内周辺及び外周辺から夫々基端方
向へ軸芯と平行に延びる内周面及び外周面にて規
定される形状を切刃の基準形状とし、 切刃の少なくとも一つが、この基準形状に対し
て、内周面を傾斜して切除することにより、切刃
の径方向幅を先端に向うに従い減少させた傾斜面
を有し、切刃の回転方向に対する進行方側の前端
面が、基準形状より短かい径方向幅を有する先端
面縁と、内周面側に形成された上記傾斜面縁と、
基準形状に沿う外周面縁とにより規定されるもの
であることを特徴とするガラス用ホールカツター
